4 pieces thick cut bacon or 8 pieces of thin bacon doubled up

14 large fresh Brussels sprouts cut in half

INSTRUCTIONS

 Thread the bacon and Brussels sprouts on skewers.

Bake at 400 for 35–50 minutes or until the bacon is crisp, and the sprouts are tender.
