EASY KETO BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS

2 large eggs

3 slices bacon

3 cups collard greens

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ Tbsp ghee

INSTRUCTIONS

01. Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat and slice up the bacon into pieces. Add the bacon to the hot pan and allow cooking down.

02. Once the bacon is cooked to your liking, add in the collard greens and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook the collards down to your liking and then transfer bacon and collards to a bowl.

03. Add the ghee to the hot pan and crack in the eggs. Let them fry up until the white is fully cooked through and season them with salt and pepper. Once the eggs are cooked, add them to your bowl and enjoy!
